Dec tips of the Months:

If you plan to see Sakura Cherry Blossom at Kyoto or Tokyo then you are really normal as others. This month tips I giving you another spot for Sakura Blossom. Blow you GF // Wife // Friends away and making them thinks you are so special  brows.gif .  This also my personal favorite spot to see Sakura.

Beside See Sakura ; also can visiting Samurai houses.

Ok, Lets go to Tohoku Region Akita Province.  A Village call Kakunodate A.K.A Little Kyoto

3 hour Akita Shinkansen Ride from Tokyo Station to Kakunodate Station.

Very nice scenery!! But the cherry blossom or Sakura season is bit hard to catch and one rainfall can cause all flowers gone.

By the way, when is the best period to go? 1st week of April?

Last night went to Manno Park Winter illumination. First time been here and share some photo for our member.Normally Winter illumination will start end of November until End of December . So,if you planning come to Japan, maybe in future ,you can add this as tourist attraction. Highly recommended . Also have entrance fees cost ¥410 per person..will start at 5pm until 8pm. Temp around 8 to 10 Celsius.

Hi guys.
Need some advice here.

I can't decide between these 2 options for one day trip from Tokyo:
1.) Yokohama
2.) Kamakura + enoshima

Which one is more suitable for family with children?
We are going on next week.
Thanks in advance.

But Yokohama is not bad either.
Dilemma.

Yokohama
Kirin beer factory + Akarenga Soko (Red brick warehouse) + Chukagai (Chinatown) + Cup Noodles Museum + Osanbashi Pier + Yamashita Park + Minato Mirai 21

Kamakura + Enoshima
Kotokuin Temple (Daibutsu) + Hasadera temple + Hachimangu --> Enoshima

Cup Noodle Museum at Yokohama suck big time compare to Osaka branch.
Yokohama and Tokyo very near each other and no different compare to Tokyo. It still big City with high rises.
But Karakuma & Enoshima are totally different. Away from big city. No skyscraper and clean air.

Thanks but I will be flying back from Tokyo itself. So what is the idealistic plan based on my travelling dates? Appreciate the feedback as it is my first time travelling to Japan.

Highly recommended to stay at Tokyo...easy to connect other tourist attraction. I stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel..very closed to Shinagawa Trains Station. Range budget around ¥25000 per night with 2 adult 2 kids...age 3 and 5. Its save lots of time traveling to Shibuya ,Ueno, Asakusa ..Skytree..
