hi all!!! this is my 1st post here. i've read the stickies and interested in overclocking my old pc. the problem is after googling still cant find an update for my bios.....these r my bios info:

I think it's ACER's own motherboard... don't think u can find the BIOS image anywhere else except from ACER. Maybe you would want to try contact the technical department instead. And ACER does not have overclocking feature, it would be nonsense for them to implement such a thing in their system.

BIOS update doesn't always mean that you can overclock. Please bear that in mind.
