i deal with this seller P4 2.8c (HT) + ASUS p4p800se + 1gb RAM for RM550 including post and he agree... around 4.30 pm i go to RHB bank kuantan to bank in that amount through cash deposit, unlucky the cash deposit was got problem, i wait until 5.30pm n decide to bank in that night... Seller sms me around 9.30pm asking if already bank in the payment.. at the time i was sleep n i wake up around 11pm. after i wake up i go bank in the payment around 11.30pm, i'm lucky coz the cash deposit ok that night..after bank in the payment, i sms him to told him i already bank in the paymentn ask him to check.. he reply my sms n told me he will check bank statement tomorrow..


5 DEC 2006, TUESDAY
i sms him asking about the item n tracking no.. he reply my sms n told me already send my item n will give me the tracking no later.. He also told didn't check yet his acc to confirm my payment..but he told me he trust me already bank in the payment..he also told me the courier already pickup the package around 11am.. what i was thinking, could u all imagine how can this seller said he didn't check bank acc statement but already post my item n trust me already bank item..i was shocked n thinking what he trying to do....
i sms my friend from penang and told him about that item i just deal, he very shock coz the seller also agree with him to sold RM600.. my friend asking me if already bank in the payment..off course i already bank in yesterday.. he suspected there will got problem with this seller...zzz.. seller also asking my friend to bank in the payment..


6 DEC 2006, WEDNESDAY
after waiting for whole day..i sms him again to ask the tracking no.. he told me he very buzy n no chance to go back to office...zzz... i hate that answer... after a few hour, i sms again asking him where my tracking no... he reply n told me that item was send by his staff, n he dunno the tracking no.. Then he got agry and told me not believe him already send the item, ya i can believe him if he sms me the tracking no... he also keep promise with me that item will receive today...i dunno what da fack he doing with my tracking no....


7 DEC 2006, THURSDAY
i still waiting the whole day... around noon i sms him again asking the tracking no.. but no reply... in the evening, i sms again and still no anwser from him...

my friend also from LYN Forummer... i just know him after a few time bought from him a computer part...so far no problem dealing with him.. if the seller very2 jujur with me....

yeah... just tell us who is your fren and ask your fren wether he oledi bank-in/received the item... also u might want to put your bank-in slip in here as proof.. seems like a con case (hope not)

Why you didn't even bother to question about his credibility?

i am the person he is referring to, i didn't do the bank in as i was a bit suspicious of him, since he is new and not much of trades, i even go to the extent of PMing the other few forumners who dealt with him before, but all gave a non negative feedback(none of them complained about him) and i was about to considering bank in until i realized that this guy already bank in to him, ive already reported the thread mod.

U know its only 4 days since the transaction.

Hell why not post his hp number here. Then we all can call him n ask when he is sending the stuff.

it's most probably a con case since he gave many excuses not to give u the tracking id.

p/s: maybe u can make a police report and track down his address via his h/p no. since it has to be registered by this month (unless he didn't register and doesn't plan to use the number anymore).

yes, it is only 4 days since the transaction but I think buyer have reasonable doubt to be concern about this trade. It does sounds a little fishy.

well, this MIGHT just be another misunderstanding..... have you tried calling instead of sms(maybe no credit)

if i were you i wouldn't trade with someone who is just active in trade zone with no post count, looking at the succesful trade list, have u tried contacting other buyers?

ermm.. i just call him once only, for a confirmation.. i thougt that was enough ..after that i only sms him..asking him tracking no until now....

just now, i try to sms him again since he not reply my sms yersterday....ohh my god..he reply me n said " Takkan tak sampai lagi!!!" look like he angry with me...

did you try to contact other buyers from his successful trade list and ask about him?

well..should try to contact him again in these few days..wait for the package to arrive also..only report to the police after confirmed dat it's a con case..msg and call him kaw kaw..hopefully its not another con case..

i think it is better for you to prepare all the needed document for a police report first. if by monday, you still dont recieve the item, pls sms him to ask what happen and inform him about u going for police report if nothing is done. if no reply or anymore lame excuse, just go for police on Tuesday morning. no point wasting time anymore, the longer you drag, the harder for police to investigate.

You two buying the same item at the same time? Can give more details on what product you both buying?
