Maybe there werent any thread SPECIFICALLY titled for beginners, but some of them really worth to read for good start.

Got one thread discussed on whey protein also. I think it is good for beginners to read on how to carefully choose your whey protein for your supplement to get best result, to avoid being cheated, have awareness about what they put in our supplement, etc etc.

Maybe, some mass gainer do have whey in their mix as well. But if only rely on mass gainer without proper diet..melingkup jugak sweat.gif
