need help!!
I just port from Digi to Umobile. I noticed my friends dial my number +6016xxx goes to Voice Mail directly. When dial 016xxx can call through but +6016xx straight go to voice mail without my phone ringing. Any idea what's the problem?

Unless your caller is abroad, why dial +6016xxx instead of just 016xxx? Not sure if this is the cause, though.

U mobile voice mail. Most friends keep my number as +6016 so that can reach me via whatsapp

Call up their CS and turn off voicemail.
