maxis keep remind me there will be someone would settle my
broken fiber optic problem.

the remind me 48hours later someone would refer my problem
with technician come and fix.

but already over 5 days they still say they look into it.

anyone know how to solve this problem,

recommend anyone able to fix fiber problem.

This morning maxis called,
said still arranging someone fix the cable, someone the technician would solve the problem.
already 3 hours since last call not even one technician call or follow up.

and said would sent us 2 dongle for 2gb subsidiary,
hello? 7 person 2 dongle you think my housemate could use?
2gb? 3 youtube video already max quota.

everyday same respond "someone from unifi will call you"

my report number is C17076554
if today nobody respond to me bout any technician come to fix.

i will report to mcmc.

Ya,they won't do a shit for you.
You have to fix every problem by yourself."Ask Maxis"and"Maxis Listen" is just some shit page that let you comment your problem and eventually they will ignore your complain.

Try to bring this matter to consumer tribunal and request for reimbursement. I had tried this method with another service provider, they are quite inefficient at solving problems but right two week before tribunal trial, they became very efficient flex.gif and settle with me out of the court. icon_rolleyes.gif

my house cable were pull out by other house when add in port.
