Just notice the price and it is surprisingly good. Worth it for power user.

yep, despite the lower antutu scores, think i'll just go with this. but wait awhile for the price to go under rrp... smile.gif

Hehe, check anandtech review, score is alright but remain 90% above throughput, really high efficiency processor in terms of power draw and output, i think is quite impressive. GPU is slightly bad la, luckily 1080p display only.

For me why Mate 8>Note 5, the price difference justify the difference. Not to say some feature from Mate 8 is better, fingerprint without turning on the phone. Yea, uncle Benny is quite right, should be the choice between either S pen or not. Quite easy.

Personal taste...i'm neutral with it. Prefer stock.

i installed waze and could not get it to work despite having gps on. then i found out u have to go to settings -> apps -> advanced -> location and allow waze.

huawei seem like so tight security...

I thought it will ask for using GPS permission and will only close if you deny the permission? Of course you need to reactivate back the permission in order to use it.

ok , huawei or can i say chinese phone manufacturer eg xiaomi as well , is getting annoying with the permission access . . Camera asked for permission access for location , i denied it , i cant launch my camera at all . Need to go to setting and enable my location , open the camera apps and only inside , turn it off again .... Like WTF , y wanna make it so difficult for users , not like its a MUST to have GPS turned on for camera to be used . If having access to contacts if I'm using SMS , it's understandable but A MUST to enable GPS for camera , seriously ?

erm....is actually a feature in Marshmallow...give the right back to user in order to avoid bad developer taking advantage. The most classic case is "Torchlight app" requesting to access your contact, phone detail, internet access and lots of other irrelevant permission.
