Just sharing for anyone who want to connect using Wifi for their HyppTV STB. I'm using DIR-882 router. This is what I do on the setting.
Login modem setting > Internet > VLAN > Interface Traffic Type Setting > set Wireless Guest Zone to IPTV. Go to Wireless > Disable Smart Connect. Go to Wireless > Guest Zone > Enable 2.4GHz > Choose your own SSID, password and always enable. Go to Network > Advanced Settings > IPv4 Multicast Streams > Enable multicast. Restart modem. Connect your HyppTV STB to guest WiFi SSID, done. |
