You can also achieve this with 2 separate sets of homeplugs but there’ll be interference so performance may be degraded.

The red line can be anything. Homeplugs, cable, wifi, fibre, etc.

As silentvampire said, you’ll need vlan capable equipment and do a bit of homework. But no worry, plenty of guides around.
