Hi,

An agent is claiming the commission rate for selling properties now is 3.75%. Can anyone verify this? All I found from google is maximum of 3%.

3% from what I know..

Max 3% of the value sold + 6% GST calculated base on the final commission. or approx 3.18% (3%x1.06)

Agent fees are grossly too high. While some actually put in effort and add value, most are simply middlemen with little to offer. We need a platform to better connect buyers and sellers and do away with non-value add agents!

You need to have the right agents that is able to deliver trust, worry-free freedom & most importantly the service that matters.

A good / well-disciplined agent will always deliver the top service to you in terms of opinions, current market rate / flow, which & where to invest in ( residential / commercial ), when to sell your invested properties for maximum gains.

If you have an agents who does all the above. Congratulations, all your money is spent well without any waste.
