I have to agree on no matter how superior is the system..it always fall back to the game developer effort to take advantage on its superiority.. and business decision is always become the determining factor, especially for the development cost and projected revenue ...  always wonder how much is the development cost difference for the 360 and PS3 games...and how much the projected revenue will be lost if it is only produced for a spesific console, instead for multi-platform console....????
