I can gb10 1min+ and db10 2 mins+ already with 100% success.
Its just that I never build any necro team.

so now you have colleen, panda, 1 lich, 2 more slots you can put in another lich of same element and another attacker like water kfg, dark kfg, adrian, etc, that you'll have to test it out yourself.

protips:
slow is the most important debuff, so lich goes last
colleen go first, followed by few multi hitters, then lich last

i'm g2 and i farm 60% giant, 30% dragon, 10% necro.
thats how important giant runes are

ermm this you need to try it out which is more consistent. if runes are good, water kfg is definitely better. adrian might not be suitable as adrian is another support. having so many supports (panda and colleen too) makes your team inefficient and risker, especially if one of your attacker dies at stage 3. But nevertheless, go try it out, no harm trying
i have a few guildmates using:
lushen colleen rigel rigel adrian
lushen colleen rigel rigel raoq
lushen colleen rigel raoq adrian
their average is 1min30s

unlike them, i dont have spare lushens for dungeon build, so my team is,
perna rigel rigel water kfg colleen
rica rigel rigel water kfg colleen
rica rigel panda ran colleen
average 2min, with perna as the most stable and consistent team, clear rate 99%, yes, i recorded few hundred necro runs already
