 I wipe my monitor, with wet cloth

So, wanted to clean my monitor, hence wiping it with a wet cloth, after wiping I realize the whole screen becomes blur or something, like the wetness got into the monitor, and there's stack of white pieces of bump here and there over the screen making it hard to look at it.

Any idea how to solve this?
