really? Nice then... I saw ppl comment that it need sealant + 2 layers of paint too..
googled online, got saw ppl being quoted with about RM1/psf for paint, not sure if this is okay.

By right when the plaster ceiling is install paint should be part of it

but i was told by my frens that, the plaster guy do plaster only.. the paint done by other ppl.. but he 4get the quote ady.

Means, if wan re-paint whole house, need hire the same guy who do for ceiling?? Normally, if they hit the wiring during doing the plaster ceiling, who should pay for it?

I mean the guy who do plaster ceiling is responsible to paint the plaster ceiling. As for whole house, you will need some other guy. Well on dispute of who damage what is really no rules and is all about who win the argument

Not sure about painting charges. I will recommend to hire Indonesian worker to paint. Their skill is excellent

Do you check everydayonsale website? there are plenty of warehouse sales where you should start purchase some if you have already got the idea on your house renovation! It would definitely help you save a lot of money. and I'm pretty sure price is going up again and again when 1 Jan coming

Yeah, I did google around.. may start buying after getting the key only. there quite a lot furnitures shop there, be it branded or not branded.
