1. Yes. Jz the back. Apparently default set is dark grey or white.
2. Yes. Don't buy soft case. Over time it will get loose due to lost of elasticity of the silicone.

I bought 6 back casing and 2 temper glass screen protectors for a total of RMB 176.6 / RM 117.6 from Taobao. Also my first time purchasing and still waiting for shipment though.

personal view is that it is a good phone that value for money. Looking at the spec and the RM 650 that you pay for, i think is worth it.

If i need to pick on the flaw, i would say is the battery. I turn on my 3g from 730am at 100% and it would turn to be 30%-40% comes to 3pm.

Will need to charge to ensure it goes back to above 50% before I left office at night or else kantoi when i need the phone but low power.

if you want to buy from xiaomi website, i think so far they don't have flip casing in black yet. there are multiple channels where you can get it though.

i afraid not. if it is tempered glass it would be mentioned otherwise.
