ecs is local distributor, not sure if authorised xiaomi... mine has no warranty card inside..

you can try call xiaomi SC with your imei. see they recognise your set or not

i guess warranty starts approx this week or they base it from the day they ship from warehouse (plus given time frame, lets say one month)

things like reception and number of sim will also affect battery use, as long as it last from the time u unplug to the time u plug back in, can say it has good battery life
