Different sleeping pills are of different "strengths", some are supposed to put you to sleep for a few hours and you continue sleeping after the effects wear off while others are supposed to keep you asleep for a longer period.

Chances are if you are interupted by loud noises or physical contact you'll wake up.

Dude your lucky to only sleep 3 hours. When i sleep it would take 12 hours of sleep before i get tired of sleeping flex.gif . I wish i had sleeping pattern like you. biggrin.gif

Why you need sleeping pills. Just get yourself extreme exercised like jogging around at evening ( not walking or streching,i mean extreme). That will make your body naturally tired and believe me you can sleep like a dead mummy.

Change your pillow, matress and your comforter. Dont use Rm 10 pillow for your head. As we human spend 1/3 of our life sleeping why dont you spend some extra cash for that. Not only that, bad matress may promote you health problem in the future such as neck ache and back ache.

Thats the right answer for you. Stay away from sleeping pills. After a while you will come addicted to it. thumbup.gif

I suggest you to study into your living behavior (food, tension of work, exercise, nutrition, etc) rather than taking pills...

You might want to reconsider that, once you start taking it, you'll be very dependable on it.

Go see a doctor and have him explain the effects and side effects of different pills. He might not even give you sleeping pills depending on you condition, sometimes a relaxent like valium is all that's needed.

My advice would be take less. Don't get addicted taking it. It is really bad for health.
