I guess all the hedgie owners that provide wheels to their hedgies share the same problem and nothing can be done to prevent that so far... hahaha...

Some petshops sell cheap because they have no confidence in keeping them. They cannot afford to lose to hedgie and suffer the loss so they might as well sell them cheap. Be careful though, it might be a sick hedgie.
