Got the chance to play with Renjiro last friday and i must say, he is really...Really..heavy. lol..After sometime did not meet him, i just realise how good boy he had become.When i hold him in my palm, he doesnt even move a slight bit.Just sit there quitely until i put him down on the floor.This is the part where he starts to run away quickly, but heck, he still sits there quitely..Now..How good he had become..lol..

The price is very common even for very old hedgehog..Most famous pet shops have them in that price region.

Anyway, dont use stones etc. There is one person here, forgot who already, who have bad experience with stones. The hedgehog looses its teeth badly and have to handfeed the hedgehog now..

But Algerian Black is quite rare..

lol..Dont worry about those statements. I always get this kind of reaction when someone sees Ren picture and they will be like.."Wow, whats that, porcupine ar?Can keep wan meh?They shoot quills wan ler"...lol..

They just dont know that hedgehog is very cute and adorable.

Whaha, just because they are too similar i guess..Anyway, its been a long time i have seen Ren as well..Gosh..

Yes, normally we will keep it in a 2 - 3 feet container without the cover inside.

Even Renjiro tend to vomit after a short travelling distance. So, just give him a hidebox and try not to shake it alot..It get stressed very easily..

Toilet train?Easy..Just get him the wheel and he will only do his business there from that day onwards. No where else...LOl..

Saw Renjiro during the weekend and boy, is he a big boy now..LOL..But still, very cute. Anyway, his bottom fur are all in yellow color. Man, this boy really pee until his bottom turn yellowish..SO tempted to get bleach and turn it white again..LOL..

LOL...For me, hedgehog are really hard headed somemore..Renjiro always squeeze himself into small holes even though he know he cant get inside. And not to mention, he always destroy those newspaper in his tank last time when i am still using them...

LOL..Its hard for a hedgie to really sit still. Needed alot of effort in doing so. One easy way i do last time was, to wake him up in the middle of his sleep and take pictures of him while he is still blur. A good way of taking nice, cute pictures..

After a while and he get used to me playing with him, he will just sit still for a couple of minutes - sometimes more than 10 - 15 minutes which gave me plenty of time to take some good pictures...

Well, Renjiro also raises his quills when you wake him up. What i always do is bring my hands closer and let him sniff. Just dont shock him by putting your hand instantly. Go in slowly. One more way is that i can bring him food and hand feed him as well. After a few pellets, he will come looking for my hand instead of me going for him..
