100% city drive recorded 8.9L/100km.
Note. Nearly 15-20 engine start stop for my daily routine, such as fetching wife and son to office and school, purchase of grocery, breakfast, lunch and so on.

why all your persona absorber so lasting long? mine 56k already replace twice front absorber. the original came with car leaked around 40-45k, replacement 1 also leaked within 1 year, just only 7k km.
is it because everyday i going through 20-25 speed bumps?

The lambda Otto tank is to pour in to petrol tank? really work?
*
Yes, it is poured into the petrol tank. I believe that it works as my car hardly has any problems starting within 3 cranks consistently, but it may have been as a result of using oil additives as well.

QUOTE(dannyw @ Mar 18 2016, 09:22 PM)
I see. Ya, I guess our absorber won't last very long as the car is heavy... sweat.gif

Absorber mounting is what symptom? different from absorber?
*
Steering movement doesn't feel smooth, knocking noise. No idea about bad absorbers because none of the absorbers that have been on my car have ever leaked.

How do you even tolerate going over speed bumps at 20-25? I don't understand why people want to bounce the hell out of themselves over speed bumps, and I especially hate it as a passenger.

Sport absorber + spring has taken the bounce out of my car pretty much completely. With the stock suspension set-up, the rear of the car usually bounces about two times even at speeds of about 10 ~ 20 Km/H. Sport suspension on the other hand has very little to zero bounciness over speed bumps between 10~20Km/H.

Edit: The kayaba gas absorbers I had before this were still in a very good condition with over 20k Km mileage. No leakage, and they still had strong resistance.

I mean total number of speed bumps is ranging 20-25, depends which route I take... Usually I slow down to less than 20km/h, but still many cars like to tiong behind. I was wondering how frequent those speeder replace absorbers

Oh sorry, read it wrongly. I guess you just got unlucky when your absorbers leaked with just 7k km of mileage on them.

And yeah, you have to pretend to be ignorant and just go over the bump at your own pace. laugh.gif. I accelerate harder if there are plenty of cars around.

My mileage 60k now , absorber still strong, touch wood. But I'm very slow going over bumps and I will avoid pot holes carefully.
