The avg l/100km from the computer accurate or nt 1? That day pump full tank. Go highway 180km with average speed of 110-120.. Half tank gone....

My average according to fuelly/phone app is 9.3L to 12L/100KM. Can't give you proper data as my travelling distance varies every time, plus I regularly go heavy on the throttle.

Not sure how to calculate but on the car reading it states 8.2l / 100km.

Normally when the petrol light comes on, the mileage is 430-450. I manage to push to 550km before but that was 90% highway.

I use the highway to work (Puchong to Klang) so no jam, average speed 90kmh. Going back only got jam.

the 7 - 9km/litre i calculate by my own, not from the trip meter litre/100km

there's 2 formula used in modern car for fuel trip meter...
continental car usually use x litre/100km, x lesser means fuel saving, imagine 0 litre/100km when you cruising down slope, means no fuel used.

for japan or asian car, usually they use y km/litre, y lesser means more fuel usage, imagine hybrid car average 20 km/litre vs. 7 km/litre i'm getting.... cry.gif

i've figured mine is average 100km for 1 quarter which is about 10L. this is for...consider highway driving (Sprint, Kerinchi, LDP) and little bit of jam here and there. speed at least 120km/h if traffic allows.

go Ipoh at midnight (about 200km) @ 130-150km/h uses about 1.5 quarters (15L-ish). midnight air cooler so better FC. tried noon @ 110km/h (takut saman) uses more.

The fuel gauge is not linear la, cannot calculate liddat.

My second and third quarter lasts longer than the other two.
