Have you already replaced them? Replaced two of the middle bulbs recently for my rear lamps (old Persona) since one spoilt recently and the other probably will need replacing. Just RM6 for both, Osram Made in Thailand. So far none of my brake bulbs have burnt so far after changing to Osram, which are also RM3 each for the brake bulbs.

I ordered T5 led type online.

I believed u r referring the red tail lights, I changed the left side like 2 or 3 times in few yrs. Cost me rm5 each time.
I fed up d...I changed to led bulb...code 1156 instead of filament bulb.
Ya...I did realized my right side was Osram bulb. (Hahah)
U got good deal..rm6 for 2... mine no brand also rm5 d.

changed the filament bulbs to LED,
I got the normal LED with T5 casing = 90sen each. (end up the overall length longer than ori bulb, but still can fit)
if budget allowed, get those better T5 bulb, online selling RM3 each.

Attached Image

so far, i think LED more obvious in daytime, night time seems same like normal bulbs (can see individual LEDs, looked like an expensive module)

https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3562069
*
u mean the transparent plastic?
I threw away mine when I installed door sound proof and currently using foam type. I guess not necessary to use back the exact material.

Dear all master,

The new persona air-con is not cold as I though and wish it will be, and I found that there is a tank for air-con filter or gas place is very cold with water drop.

Wonder is there is leakage or not enough gas for the air-con.

Send back to SC... my Bro s saga used to have this problem too....the aircond pipe got frozen in engine bay

Hmm sad news  cry.gif

I tint/put clear sticker on my headlamp when i got my car 2 years back.

last week i decided to change them as the old one is burned out. brownish coloured.

I went to an accessory shop, they use heatgun to remove the tint, followed by solvent.
after that they sand paper and polish/wax before applying a new layer
woila looks like new.

I just noticed that my headlamp got spider cracks/crazing a week after that

Im currently unsure of what is the culprit but will keep monitor

is it expensive to change new headlamps?
How is the quality of the OEM ones?
*
I would say persona headlamp still affordable.
Maybe it is time to change to eagle eye brand.. Hahaha.. About 800 a pair.. With DRL i guess

As long as no water enter the headlamp.. Still ok kua

You might wanna share us your location before we suggest you the place.

Auto Marques Express is the shop I used to go which located at Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya. They are offering Germany Engine oil package with RM130 Semi synthetic and RM200 for fully synthetic. Brake pad wise, they are offering TRW RM90 for normal version and RM130 for ceramic version. (Per pair)

https://www.facebook.com/AutoMarquesExpress/

haha, i went there too recently, after using semi, i change to fully syn straight from them.
i change the front disc brakes to TRW, more responsive compare to ori Bosch brand.

Hi guys, I am looking for an used MT Persona, preferably around year 2010- 2011 that costs around RM20k. Most units I found online have about 90k kms of mileage.

May I know what to check when testing the cars? I did read through the first page of this topic and understand the common issues. How about any other things that I should check?

Thanks a lot. smile.gif

just sold my 2009 SE early this yr...mileage at 120K
my opinion, it should be maintained like a new car...

obvious would be engine mountings, shock absorbers, gear smoothness, aircond must be cold (i mean super cold)
hahah
