Would love to check with any old lappy system user (Core 2 Duo/Quad and earlier)... were any of you guys has experience the problem with non-function CTRL keyboard button after installing/upgrading to Windows 10?

I'm using a 2010 HP Compaq CQ40 with processor Core 2 Duo... A week ago, the keyboard has no issue.
Just went I'm installing the new "build" update, the issue with non-working CTRL key appeared...
Try to revert back to the previous build (uninstalling it), but the prob still occur
