All hail ghetto gym. But some ghetto gym tryin to pretend like they are world class though. Got one in Puchong. You have to basically put the dumbbell down veerryyyy slow so it wont make noise.

But sometimes there's many cons when u go ghetto gym.... Limited equipments some more u have to share and wait till ppl done lol... Not to mention gt douchebag ppl that don't even lift with big ego lol.....

And those skinny Arnold wannabe that flex in front of you.

Hahaha nowdays i don't care meh just go to gym when finished go home lol

LOL so basically you want a gym that provides a lot of treadmills With few machines and minimal free weight? That's worst in my standard.
Why would you need so many cardio machines? Most of the gym out there have more than enough cardio machine.

My thread mainly asking WHERE in KL can I find WORLD CLASS GYM, that's all, what I want to do next is another topic/another thread.

My thread is so simple, asking where in KL can I find WORLD CLASS GYM.

This thread is so simple and easy to answer, if you know a GYM that is up to WORLD CLASS standard, just tell me the name or post the link that's all.

Or you can tell me, "No, we don't have WORLD CLASS GYM in KL, maybe in the future we will have one..."

Noticing most of the replies in this thread tend to force people to go to CHEAP GYM and they hate what I ask.

Then why bother asking again? There's no such thing as world class gym in kl la brader. If you're really that desperate to find that then gtfo from here and go overseas

which one? im from puchong between. if can i can save my time avoid it coz now finding better ghetto gym that lets me deadlift and have decent squat rack.

Thats why I ask you if you lift. So now clearly, the answer is no. Just go to any FF or CF with zumba, yoga classes lined up the whole day.
