Fans to vote for Team of the Year
Fans have been given the chance to select their European team of the year.
Voting opened today on UEFA's website with 55 players and five coaches nominated to fill the 12 slots, which are broken down into positional categories.
The players were chosen by UEFA staff writers for their overall performances either for a European club or national team, or in a UEFA club competition, this calendar year.
European champions Barcelona have the most nominees with 11, while Champions League runners-up Arsenal have seven.
Premiership winners Chelsea have received six nominations and French champions Lyon and UEFA Cup holders Sevilla have five apiece.
In total, 19 clubs have players nominated, along with eight members of Italy's World Cup-winning squad, plus former coach Marcello Lippi.
In the previous five polls, more than eight million votes have been cast, and this year's count is open until January 4.

i saw klose la...lahm laa...DANIALVES ??....david villa la...Schweinsteiger la....
these are really World Cup players who shines a lot...

For your information, Daniel Alves has been performing superbly in UEFA. To back up my post, QUOTE * 2005-2006 UEFA Cup

And for your information, UEFA is not only supposed for European player. It can consist of outsiders that has been performing well is Europian leagues.
