I've had this ongoing issue for the last 5 years where every year it would leak on the walls, I then proceed to apply silicon and it stops for awhile. But come next year it leaks again. So decided to try a more permanent fix using DRY flash. I applied the DRY flash over the existing GI flashing (double protection) biggrin.gif

Can I know where did u get those?
I m sick of sealing with silicone, and my glass roof is leaking again and again, especially now with raining season.
Thanks!

I am not sure if this suitable for Glass Roof though as Its more of a replacements for existing GI flashing (zinc sheets)

Yup. Only realized I missed the corner joins after I finished everything. But other than appearance,it should not affect the functionality. The most difficult part was getting the nails in. Lolz, the concrete was damm hard. Had to use concrete nails, a powered drill and a hammer

I think you can consider this one instead and cut to size for your glass roof http://terreal.com.my/roofing.php?id=42

Do you think they sell the Dry Flash in smaller cut size? I only need about a foot long.

Water seeped thru the wall near the black mold growth area.

Mine all finished, actually sort of ran out of strip half way.. HAHA

I suggest that you just go ahead and buy a roll. You can store and keep it for a while and find other places to patch. You can also try the normal DRY Fix which is slightly cheaper. RM200 for a permanent fix is worth it rclxms.gif
