I got the selling price from LV web store directly ... So a better guide should be web store from France? I saw one of the website selling handbags showing the receipt of this bag purchase from Malaysia LV for 19k..
I guess I really have no talent in ladies handbags ...

You forgot to minus out sales tax or VAT for us who are flying into France / US / UK and etc.
Some places like California / SF, sales tax around 5~8%. Same with VAT as well.
And some malls have tourist discounts ( EG : Bangkok and others ).
So with currency and some lucky, it's usually cheaper than the online pricing.
And plus, your bag does not come with any formal receipt from LV, doubt you can peddle it for almost full price.
Everyone can say it's a gift, but when there's no way to authenticate it + you're selling at full price, might as well check into StarHill Gallery, get VIP treatment and ask for a new bag, no?
Selling 2nd hand stuffs is usually at lost. Tell your mum to be grateful to offload it if she's not using it. Keeping something you don't use is a waste.
