Best if you refer to your letter of offer and/or your banker for clarification as it can differ from one case to another.

As for EPF, you can apply to withdraw to reduce the loan sum/to redeem. Guidelines is as provided here:-

As the loan balance statement is required to be in the format determined by EPF, it will be best if you check with EPF on what is the format acceptable to them.

As for other documents, under NOTE at page 3, it does provide that if the statement is not complete, all other supporting documents is to be produced.
