mine so short, and im not the 1 who do the talking also.

i got 3 level of interviews,the 2nd level was the longest,from 10.30am-1pm,around 2 hour and 30minutes

The whole day. Weatherford. Application Engineer. It was like The Apprentice show. Everybody must do their own presentation upon a case study.
5hours.(from 5 pm to 10 pm). Trisystem Engineering at Bukit Jelutong.
The shortest 5 minutes and finally got the job, Thank God.

Only one session after graduate,the interviewer took 1 and 1/2 hour to go through to each items in my resume..
Give comment to each subjects taken and need to explain what i've learnt,haha.

HmmM .. my interview session last for about 30 minutes ++ .. and then after that the boss brought me around the office and the showroom as well. After that my commencement date will be the 1st of the following month

I had several interviews which lasted less than 20 minutes to interviews which lasted 3 hours. Quite a broad range but most of the time my interviews, I ask quite a lot of questions.

interesting poll result, 7 votes for 1hour, 9 votes for >1hour30minutes.

from the result so far, those who have experience>1hour 30minutes are application for engineering position.

Shortest : 30+mins (only technical); got the job offer few days later (Firmware Engineer)

i had jus attended my first ever interview,

1hr and 30 min (2 interviewers)
applying for IT position n got the job.

For normal interview, it normally last between 30-60mins Some employer may ask you to attend the second interview with the next level manager immediately after your first interview, then it will last longer in this case

I guess they ask you to write a simple programming ? DId they ?

Even for some test engineers post, they also ask about programming knowledge and even write simple, short program on the spot.

If you're not able to proceed, they'll be more lenient by asking you to describe or to create a template.

I guess it is for IT and software position only where your job requires that.

last two weeks i went interview at one of game studio in malaysia for multimedia designer job, hmm, quite fast thou, i think about 30 minutes, not so serious interview session, jz like showcasing my portfolio, explain to the interviewer, and he quite pleased about my works.

i din feel any nervous, coz the interviewer very nice, and what? the next day, they confirmed me already

last time interview for internship oso quite fast, maybe the company i apply is those small/medium company, so can very fast settle the thing.

eh, all my interview took me at least an hour!!!
& normally i talk more than the interviewer talk! hahaha

Technical question only takes less than 5 min.

Then i got a job as associate engineer.
executive level.
I dont know why..

what i can recall for my interview for internship last time was about 45 mins.. it's just more like chit chat with interviewer tat time..

for my current job.. went thru 2 sessions.. HR 30 mins and interviewer (supervisor) another 40 mins..

those interviews tat i attend more than 1 hour sure i get the position. but i got a job which less than 30 mins oso which is my 1st job. cuz its for a general clerk position in a car workshop.

Over 1 hour for me and I secured that job
