I cant boot from cd or usb

After make all steps of this tuto and others it is imposible for me boot my tab.



Please tell me other ways. Or paste codes to put in to the screen like bcdboot /windows /z





I press esc key and i can input some code to localize and load bcdboot. I try to install windows8.1 custom without boot. Wim burned and i break tablet
