Hello!

Sony Malaysia will be organizing a car audio launch tomorrow, Thursday (26th November 2015), which will showcase a new lineup of Hi-Res Audio in-car audio products!

Recently unveiled at IFA 2015, indulge in the purest in-car audio experience and feel the power of the RSX-GS9 Digital Media Player, the world's first in-car media receiver that plays high fidelity audio files. No Hi-Res files? The player will upscale your compressed files to near Hi-Res quality, so you can enjoy even sharper, more detailed music.

This is the first time that Sony is bringing Hi-Res Audio to the car audio ecosystem, so be one of the first few in Malaysia to experience it firsthand!

Date - 26/11/15
Time - 6 - 8pm
Venue - Zinc Art Space (61 Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59000, KL)

There will be food provided, so do drop by and have a fun time! rclxms.gif

nice, i like. sony coming back to Car audio high end mode?

can i ask, what file type support? Wav, Flac 192khz. DSD? All pack in this nice looking player?

What type of DAC using here? storage media using hard Disk or USB?

Also. does it come with commercial low end speakers or high end ES range speakers?

Look like better than ODR or Alpine F1? Sure can beat Clarion HX-D2 and any Mcintosh/Denon/Marantz/Eclipse...

Heh. Though hires kinda be blown out of water really. The song sounded as good as the weakest link in the system. The player tempted me but it has its own dsp which is the opposite of what I wanted, that is optical out to external dsp. Not to mention ripped cd is only limited to 16/44 so already defeated the so called hires.
