i use olight i3e now...replaced my fenix ld01.
using fenix most of the time i will use medium or high, and fenix mode is M-L-H...so twisting to high all the time gets boring.
so looking around for a single AAA light that always comes on in high...not many around...
so olight i3e with just one mode at 100lumens is just right...cheap also rm48 i think i bought for.

do you carry that olight on your keys?

where do you bought it from

New toy jst received few days ago....

Wanted to get the smaller type to put in my gears so i can jst throw them into my backpack/slingbag everytime i go out and jst xfer them to another bag if i use them but price wise this big one and the smaller one are roughly the same. So being a cheapskate, i opt for the bigger one..

but turns out there's not enough small loops i can jst slot in a light or spare battery or folders. sad.gif

Regardless, this is pretty big..havent start throwing in my bundles of 550, medi-stuffs and other EDC....but i think it would still fit into bigger backpacks/slingbags....

Hopefully it would look great strapping onto my Moab 10.. nod.gif

And dont think it's an EDC unless one doesnt mind carrying something that look kind of like a handbag.. kekee...

And yes, it does look like one that u use for your toiletries.. lol

the jetbeam mini very hard to use one hand, so i didnt get it.
just looks cool only, its form over function...not worth the price.

I'm not sure abotu torchlights... those really tiny ones.. I stopped using them once the light on my mobile phone gets strong enuf. Any strong would mean I need to thropw the light out of arms reach.. for that i rather get a palm size pocket light,

even some tiny ones can throw further than ur mobile phone's LED ler..
chck out the jetbeam mini-1...seems convi enough to jst wear it like a necklace....easily rechargeable with micro usb port.. nod.gif

i used to EDC those palm size..but very not convi ler..i mean the stick out from my pockets..and when squat/sit need to adjst...but by palm size i meant those 18650 single cell light..

now i start EDC back CRC123...
not the brightest..but for it's size, usually between 7cm~9cm...it's a pocket rocket to me.. nod.gif

depends on your usage i guess

for me i mainly using it to look for seats in the cinema

look for keyhole at the front door when i got back at night

look for my slippers at night when i wanna go out

simple things like that

of course your phone can do that but i prefer something dedicated for its usage

and small enough in a form of keychain that i can carry with no hassle

a bigger palm size lights is too big for me to edc

for now i build my edc mainly on my keychain for convenience
