Maxis way of accounts: 1 account -> Multiple number. (even if both is MAIN number)
Digi way of accounts: 1 account -> 1 MAIN number
Obviously if you dont mention this, Digi will just submit MNP for the number that you want to port out.
Maxis see this, and since you have other number in the account, will block this.
Luckily you have the reason why its unsuccessful. last time i do, no reason at all. when contact customer service, they just mention just resubmit again because got problem bla bla bla with their system, at this point digi will blame maxis problem, maxis will blame digi problem.
I have MNP out from Maxis to Digi, and now MNP back to maxis from digi. This is the issues that i have to face, waste my time and money (need to pay bills) because need to contact both side customer service several times.
Though, maxis customer is more reachable through twitter
