QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Dec 9 2015, 10:55 PM) couldnt afford a mccoy which cost around rm4k. Well, there's another monkey boot from Thorogood selling in a much lower price than the one I posted. Should be less than 900 but then it's not CXL. Anyway, you still can expect good craftsmanship from Thorogood for the lower price boot thou.thorogood yeah... should be ok i guess... though mine still on lonewolf linesman because of catspaw... and the damn tough leather.... obenaufs are popular but depending on type of leather it may change the color of the leather. Alot of Red Wing want to keep the original color shy away from obenaufs.
google around make sure it doesnt affect your boots if U care about color http://www.styleforum.net/t/132920/obenaufs-lp-it-works/120 |

Alot of Red Wing want to keep the original color shy away from obenaufs. It did change color a bit but not too obvious for my IR. Both of my vibergs are on the heavyweight leather especially the 310 last and using obernaufs means i dont need to apply regularly ( i apply it around 3 months per apply or 6 months if im too lazy) and the leather still good. google around make sure it doesnt affect your boots if U care about color http://www.styleforum.net/t/132920/obenaufs-lp-it-works/120 Venitian cream i use it if i really wanna shine my viberg cxl. |

Anyone heard of Tom Rich Shoes before? Malaysian brand, made in Indonesia.
http://tomrichshoes.com/ Got a bit excited because it came up when I searched for handwelted. Turns out that was because they use the term "handmade leather welt" lol. But hey, RM590 for Goodyear welted boots is cheap. |
