Guys, any Malaysia release date yet? For those who already have RN3, how much free space left out of the box? No microsd slot right?

25gb left after installing staff is really good. Maybe out of the box close to 28gb? Really there will be no Malaysia official version?! Man this sucks

Curious about 32gb. 8gb left for 16gb is bad, not enough for me.

I really hope Xiaomi Malaysia will bring the 32gb version here.

Looks like Mi Malaysia don't know whether there will be a local version of RN3 or not so i guess the most realistic option for me is China unit from directd. But i really don't know what to expect from china unit. will i have difficulty using the phone? language english should be available right? how about support like warranty and updates?

My phone is the ancient S3. RN3 is no doubt a big upgrade from my current phone (in fact any phone now is an upgrade for me ). It's just that I have doubt because RN3 is an AP unit. Can I trust directd with their warranty and will I have a problem using the phone since it's a China set and not localized etc.

But I want finger print scanner, and the 3gb ram!

Got myself 32gb gold unit! But dang just realize it doesn't come with earphone /handsfree.

But my warranty is really what years except for battery, and screen (I think).

Bought from greenfone. Plus credit card charge and temper glass, around 1050.

Guys, bcz I'm a noob, I'll be asking a lot of questions. Hope u guys will help me find the answers. Like for instance, what the heck is APUS System, do I need it and if not how do I get rid of it?!

Do you see that transparent button on the right? Click on that and it will lead to APUS. It's some kind of a launcher, set as default. I want to get rid but don’t know how.

Cool thanks, never knew this option was there. However, the default launcher is already the system launcher. Even with system launcher as a default, the annoying Apus button is still there. Maybe I have to root my phone to get rid of it. Your phone doesn't have this Apus thing?

Ok I've just realised that my phone doesn't come with a manual so I'm kind of learning the phone blind here. I have a few questions hope someone can answer them.
1- What is the 'assistant'? It's in Chinese so I understand nothing. Any way for me to change the language?
2- Doesn't MIUI have any gestures we can use? I mean like one plus drawing circle at lock screen to go straight to camera etc? All I know so far is swipe up on any icon to search and swipe down to get to the toggles. Anything else?
3- The much talk about themes (Rosè, Pink Blush, Ocean Breeze and High Life) and Muse to customize, where can I get them? When I go to theme setting, it leads me to MI store, and I can see there are quite a bunch of themes and wallpapers but I can't preview them. It says can't load preview. What am I doing wrong?
4- At the phone dialing screen, I can't paste a copied phone number anywhere? Meaning if I copied a number from a page or an sms, I can't paste it directly at the dialing screen to make a call? Unless I key in 1 digit first, then the space appear for me to long press and paste the copied number. (am I making much sense at all here? Hope u guys understand what I'm trying to say).
There that's it for now, I will surely have more questions as I spend more time with the phone but for now I'd really appreciate it of someone could give me some answers.
