I think I seen more issue on stock 7.0.xx than dunno from where 7.1.1.1

I decide to stick with dunno firmware as of now as I didn't have single issue at all now except can't uninstall or disable that stupid Apux launcher.

I don't feel safe with 7.1.1.1, with all the passwords and other p&c stuff, who knows what the bloatwares are capable of.

becoz that time they still new to oversea market, probably they forgot to remove that monitoring system when building the global rom.

china has been known to monitor their user's everything edi, that's what make their nation's firewall so famous.

welcome onboard too!  rclxms.gif

oh btw guys just to let you know SphinX (from official MI forum) has release his personal global rom. I personally made his previous global dev rom as my main driver for few weeks and it was GREAT! he just release his latest work based on 7.0.22.0 and I just installed it too. Been a full day usage already so far so good no particular nasty bug found. If you guys prefer a custom International rom can give this guy's work a try

ps: his rom has better gps fix than china stables  rclxms.gif

Bought this phone (32GB model) on new year's eve and here is my review so far:

1. It's FAST. Fast enough that makes you feel like you're using a high-end phone. Antutu benchmark score is just slightly lower than LG G4 which runs on Snapdragon 808.
2. It feels premium. The aluminum body and weight really gives the impression that it is a high-quality phone.
3. Pictures are good but not great. It doesn't fare that well in low light conditions.
4. Graphical performance is admirable. Ran a few VR apps and it worked fine. Half of them ran at 60fps. App-side optimization is probably the main culprit.
5. The battery is huge and it can last you more than a day. True story. This is the one feature that I REALLY love about this phone.
6. BLOATWARE sucks. Bought my unit from DirectD and it came with some weird MIUI 7.1.1.1 ROM packed with unnecessary bloatwares. The fix? Flashed it to Sphinx V1c International ROM (based on MIUI 7 Global 5.12.10 Beta) and now it's clean. Yayers!
