actually it's not that the X10 can't perform... it's just app + chipset optimization sux real bad in android development because of fragmentation (device diversity) some developers simply can't bother to optimize each and every device that came out in the market every month. Some do and their games runs super smooth even on older devices...

ya confirmed the dev roms got problems with that. very buggy right now



Current version is china only. Totally no international plans.
theres one rumor tho regarding a different chipset version for international release but prolly will take around 6 months to get here...

Hmmm Samsung Note 3 quite dated already. My friend got one and his battery very very weak now. even if he gets a new ori replacement still can't tahan like so long like this Redmi Note 3 (4,000 mAh)

edit: oh yeah, did I mention Sammy Note 3 gps is much worst than RN3?

battery wise I think it's due to samsung bloatwares and touchwiz. not just one but few of my friends, when we having meeting in the noon they showed me 70-60% battery left while I showed 97% left they all go lol

ya to be honest rn3 now has all kinds of problems like your read here because it is still very very new. but if you a tech savvy all these can be solve my set after reinstalling over 10 times finally 99% problems free (true story)

well if you prefer a stylus then I encourage you to get a Samsung Note 3 then

go to security app , permission> auto start

oh btw guys just to let you know SphinX (from official MI forum) has release his personal global rom. I personally made his previous global dev rom as my main driver for few weeks and it was GREAT! he just release his latest work based on 7.0.22.0 and I just installed it too. Been a full day usage already so far so good no particular nasty bug found. If you guys prefer a custom International rom can give this guy's work a try

hmm I just encounter my first bug. Can't play video directly from gallery but through file manager can.

My old Redmi Note 4G with SD400 beats RN3 hands down no fight lol (Instant lock on yo). Maybe it's software optimization but as far as I can after countless calibration and testing, I'm pretty sure it has something to do with hardware design fault... but on the bright side with better build quality and bigger battery I am willing to close one eye for this la... haha

some even manage to fine tune the gps lock on with their custom roms. well it is not perfect (still not up to snapdragon standards) but much better than default china rom setting... usable

eh... below 4-5 seconds without data help?? I think outside on a open field maybe can la but accuracy for this phone quite cacat lol and inside building is completely crap. Better stick with your papago

hmm.. i just got my bootloader unlock approved

so can install other custom recovery, custom roms like cyanogen, paranoid etc etc can play alot more stuff la... but actually i very much like MIUI roms so I be staying with it for some time la. Saja apply only lol

and ya you r right. if we stick to only MI roms don't really need to unlock bootloader for that. Just use official flash / SPflash all the way can liao

some finger print tricks I found out today wanna share with you guys

u know sometimes when our fingers are wet , sweaty under the sun or freezing inside aircon room the finger print scanner doesn't seems to work so well for detection right? So what I did was simulate that condition of my finger skin
- working out at home until palm hot and sweaty
- freeze my finger with ice
- wet my fingers with tap water
right after each action I add in new finger print identity.
Guess what, now I can login to my phone in all kinds of condition outside/inside office, on construction site, in the rain etc everywhere with no problem
