QUOTE(eddie2020 @ Feb 28 2016, 04:06 PM) practically, I'd say go for honor 7 seriously because:- we don't really know when will RN3pro be available (officially) here - Global rom availability? - living with locked bootloader - owner must learn how to flash (if you get an AP set) and some minor gapps installation work If you can really wait and deal with the above, then get the RN3/RN3pro. Else just go with your guts and get Honor 7 with better after sales support... This post has been edited by wktang: Feb 28 2016, 04:35 PM |

QUOTE(nickchk89 @ Mar 1 2016, 06:55 PM) hmm most probably not compatible... different kernelso guys, pls refrain from buying any further china MTK variant lo.. My greatest for Mi Malaysia set is they ALWAYS bring in the lower version (16Gb). Just like the previous RN2 16gb... no prime 32gb But since there is SD card support... ok la, I close one eye lol |

QUOTE(CyrusWong @ Mar 3 2016, 05:25 PM) why I want buy mi note "2" by that time? coz I don't think mi series phone will get new version that fast, better stay on mi series rather than vomit blood at redmi series which get upgraded/new version so fast. haha true oso bro. actually I also quite interested Mi Note series as well. if they manage to beef it up just like the RN3 mAh I might get one tooI DUWAN VOMIT BLOOD ANYMORE..... edit: live streaming now! - new feature : wallpaper carousell (live wallpaper) - Hybrid sim tray (nano & micro) can be use as dual sim or 1 sim 1 sd card. nais - Volte calling really fast, even the quality is much better - Mi mover app. Ad hoc peer to peer Mi phone data migration - SD card supports up to 32gb only - 2GB 16GB flash = 9,999 rs ( approx RM 613) 3GB 32GB flash = 11,999 rs (approx RM736) annnnnddddd he just announced Mi5 coming to india in A MONTH! QUOTE(kahyeec @ Mar 3 2016, 07:36 PM) Redmi note 3 is the only smartphone with Snapdragon 650 at this moment. Samsung A9 is the only phone using SD 652 ,only available in China market. So if want to try snapdragon 650 awesomeness , Redmi Note 3 it is! true dat. after got used to my iPhone, was looking for a phone that has balance of power and energy efficiency. perhaps this rn3pro is the answer |

just rewatch the recorded launch event, hugo did a entire section of presentation dedicated just for the 650 LOL. I guess this cpu is a big deal, no joke. taking on 808, Heliox10 and even the 810

QUOTE(tongaz86 @ Mar 4 2016, 08:53 PM) Got 1 seller here in Johor(Adomax)Stock just arrive but price quiet high 16GB 899 32GB 1099. I think cancelling the order for China RN3pro is a wise choice... because until today there is absolutely no words on flashing the bootloader (normal RN3 got la), not even a dev rom is available also. If we get the China version then might stuck with it (chinese rom) for a long long time... Better get the official Mi Malaysia set that comes with global rom...I was gonna get it but on the day i want to buy Mi Malaysia say they bring in on April so cancel...hehe...still if no 32GB I might grab for them. |

QUOTE(88sales88 @ Mar 5 2016, 02:18 AM) You will probably find better reviews online but I have to say performance is really awesome, no lag and smoother than baby bottom. My previous phone was also a hexa core phone Samsung Note 3 Neo. Screen didn't disappoint as I was apprehensive about moving away from Amoled. It is very bright. thanks for the nice review. whats the rom version u got there?MIUI needs some getting use to since I have only used Touch wiz on Samsung since SGS1. Battery life is great. At 37% practical screen on for 2-3 hours and it still says remaining is 1 day 2 hours. But let's see if it calibrates further as I use it more. Fingerprint very accurate and fast. Now if only I can mod a microsim and microsd to fit the slot. Have to file them down in thickness but worried would damage the microsd or having them get stuck in the slot. Anyways I got it from Adomax at RM1099 for the 32GB. Expensive but I need it now and early adopters usually pay more loh. Anyone considering getting one won't regret it. Certainly a worthy phone. |
