They will move the people up a lil bit, within 1 km radius, but not within the city if not mistaken. However i still feel that price psf is still expensive. But who knows

So after all the DBKL hulabaloo..after Sky Meridien.. will there be a following phase??? Does any insider know the latest update on this?

Your guess is the same as mine, and pretty much everyone else here too.

Ever since the big fuss brought up by YB Lim and DBKL about these 90 land plots, its all suddenly gone silent. Not even a single squeak from MACC at this point.

SkyMeridien seem to be progressing like nothing happened. Maybe its the same case for this project, pending the negotiations between them and the apartment folks?
