just wan to shared about working in esprit retail line, anyone work there b4?

yeah i got a friend jus started working there as marketing. well it's located at pyramid. environment ok. but not sure bout career advancement.
unless you want to grow in this line.

how about working as a promoter? anyone?

i work as a part time sales assistant before in esprit...dun like the working culture as they like to bully the new comers and if the store you work got missing stock during stock take..then all the staff (part time & full time) at the particular shop must share the cost of the missing stock...this case was like 4 years back la..now dunno still got practise that system a not...

yes, i agree with u..they bully new comer! once u get bully..other colleuge also same bully u...i feel that kind of place cant work for long time. unless u can survive it..

i've work at there before.. it was about 2 yrs ago.. erm.. it's quite good actually.. as a new comer, i get less bullied by them.. when need to take stock at the store (which need u to climb up and down).. they will help me to take it.. coz they understand my situation.. i've undergo for an operation few years back..

quite fun whenever think it back.. i've met a very nice friends from there (those who work part time with me).. though we have lost contact, but it still be my memory

maybe it also depends on which store you work at.....

see la...i heard there is politics...but need to survive urself...if not..u going to get bully also..u need to get what they said..what they want...
so..depend on those people can do it or not...

I think this kinda thing happen in all well-known branded stores. A friend of mine worked in GUESS, she had to bear with other older staffs.
