if someone who dont have a proper driving license (L) drive a car himself, IF PDRM caught would his license will be gantung ?

I don't know the consequences of being caught by the PDRM.

if legit way thn have to pay a fine of up to rm800 for driving without a license....honestly talking...i drove for a few months b4 i got my license..nvr got caught

wilson88 u get caught before? my friend get a L and start driving on his own around. and suddenly a PDRM police caught him and take his L license and now i not sure what happen to him, isit really bad, then i would stop driving around with my kancil autotrans.

L license can drive the car around rite? but must have a L plate and must be alone.......

Firstly, your parents are still your legal guardians so they hvae to answer. But worst case scenario is that you cannot get license for a few years.

I had accident and my license was "dead" expired...
It was the other party fault although i crash into his car coz he ran over red lights..
Futhermore i think the guy had abit of drink..

So the next day went to report police but my father that went..
I renewed my license and the repair cost is beared by the other party.

hmm i also dont know L license can drive around or not and i did't see a L sticker for sell... how much it would be cost from nothing to solid L license?

L license only can be used inside the driving academy/instructor siting beside u when u drive on normal road.

Just trust me , don't ever try to drive illegally. Once things goes wrong , u are in freakin big trouble. Who knows u might be ended up in prison

Thank God when I'm still with my P, i didn't met any accidents. But of course, i'm a good driver that obey the traffic.

If somebody's on L, then it means he does not have the experience to drive around yet. So, it's best for this person not to drive around and endanger himself and others.

Not anymore. That used to be the old law. Nowadays, its only allowed in an instructors car cos they have the extra brake pedal.

No, with L license you can't drive alone or even with anybody except with a driving instructor.
Last time anyone with L license can just by a L sticker and drive on the road.

lets say I didn't to bring my P (card or sticker, in this case, any of them) and there's a roadblock, is it wiser to say I don't have any license yet than admitting I forgot to bring my P and get 10 dimerit points substracted?

i think it is WORSE to drive w/o a license than to drive forgetting your license. They might sue you and stuff, and then you cant get your license at all?

there's no way a police can tell u r a P or license expired.. unless u make an offence on the road.. or u look too small kid to drive.. or ur driving is endangering other drivers..

lotsa times late to renew licence.. no prob.. just dun get caught

few days ago i drive my kancil go institusi memandu to attend amali course, suddenly the penceramah amali come out from simpang and i honk him kau kau, mana tahu when i go inside bilik amali, see him. Kantoi redi and he asked " just now the red kancil u bawa punya ka" then i say ya, after that, he keeping taking me as example of proper driving. kantoi......

I am driving since im form1 (13yr old in Kuching, Sarawak) never got caught, now(19) studying in KL Utar, got my own ride

My life of driving oni got caught once, thats i didnt use the safety belt, and also, i just got my P licence by that time~

Erm, i still remember that i got my P licence in 1 week after my birthday, my birthday on 24/4, i got my licence at the begining of May, around 1st or 2nd day of May... KL oso ka?? hehe.. Im no longer P driving for almost 1 year le..

which means i dun hv license, IC, watever shit on me!

Seems like you guys never considered the worse case scenario. Imagine your driving without an insurance, and if you accidently bump into sumone and then the victim sue you for for 10 million. If your covered with the insurance, the insurance company will pay up the sue (AIG Policy), but imagine yourself no covered by it?

Then have to considered yourself and your family bankrup loh

only if you keep yourself covered and within the rules of the insurance.

if you go and modify your car and without the approval of the authorities, the insurance will not cover because consider your modification is illegal and break the contract.

Plain ignorance of the law... If you in US, kau-kau taken to court and the lawyers will have a field day with you!!!
