if someone who dont have a proper driving license (L) drive a car himself, IF PDRM caught would his license will be gantung ?

I don't know the consequences of being caught by the PDRM.

My advice to you , don't try at all. Because of my ego , I screwed up. The result of it , I had a dark moment of my life.

no license,no cover insurance = Traffic Court,afaik fined up to rm1k

ermm...the illegit way then simple la.....
if legit way thn have to pay a fine of up to rm800 for driving without a license....honestly talking...i drove for a few months b4 i got my license..nvr got caught

wilson88 u get caught before? my friend get a L and start driving on his own around. and suddenly a PDRM police caught him and take his L license and now i not sure what happen to him, isit really bad, then i would stop driving around with my kancil autotrans.

L license can drive the car around rite? but must have a L plate and must be alone.......

Firstly, your parents are still your legal guardians so they hvae to answer. But worst case scenario is that you cannot get license for a few years.

Only thing is .. When I reverse I hit a lorry Nothing happen to the lorry but my car is dented

I had accident and my license was "dead" expired...
It was the other party fault although i crash into his car coz he ran over red lights..
Futhermore i think the guy had abit of drink..

So the next day went to report police but my father that went..
I renewed my license and the repair cost is beared by the other party.

hmm i also dont know L license can drive around or not and i did't see a L sticker for sell... how much it would be cost from nothing to solid L license?

L license only can be used inside the driving academy/instructor siting beside u when u drive on normal road.

Just trust me , don't ever try to drive illegally. Once things goes wrong , u are in freakin big trouble. Who knows u might be ended up in prison

Thank God when I'm still with my P, i didn't met any accidents. But of course, i'm a good driver that obey the traffic.

If somebody's on L, then it means he does not have the experience to drive around yet. So, it's best for this person not to drive around and endanger himself and others.

Not anymore. That used to be the old law. Nowadays, its only allowed in an instructors car cos they have the extra brake pedal.

No, with L license you can't drive alone or even with anybody except with a driving instructor.
Last time anyone with L license can just by a L sticker and drive on the road.

summore the victim cannot claim the insurance of the L driver.
