Maybe they're afraid that the majority will be China buyers who will not occupy their units and simply rent out to any Tom, Dick and Harry (or even foreign workers). For those who buy for their own stay, then the problems will be that most of them tend to be rude and uncivilized.
Not to say that all of them are like that, but most of them behave in that manner based on those that I come across. Of course there are some decent ones, tho.
i think CG wont target for china buyers again.... looking at the policy of china government no... restrict outflow of RMB.... thats why they JV with DPC and hope to use DPC name to sell to locals at a more market price around the area.... i dont think this is danga bay no.2 or forest city no.2....
You're right, but I have heard from a developer sales staff at the Agile MK sales gallery that some of the China buyers find pretty creative ways to bypass the restrictions, tho, but not many. He mentioned one case where some smart aleck swiped his debit card to pay for the booking fee and d/p altogether. Or some even used the Chinese banks subsidiaries based here to withdraw the cash to pay for it.
Not sure how true that is, but when there is a will, there is a way.

i think there is still difference between selling new and old one... if the new landed here comes with 99 years lease.... 900k or 1m above also will got ppl buy at 20x70... because malaysian still like new than second hand houses and lease period is something significant for them... other than the freebies and zero down issues.... those subsales mentioned dunno left how many years of lease only and hows the condition... look at the overwhelming reaction towards new landed by guocoland in alam damai then we know this location can do better....
Danga bay and forest city were targeted at Chinese buyers. If they price at sub rm400 psf with heavy a&p, many will buy.
yup price it right.... there will be alot buyers gt hook up anyway... like sentul point... high dense... but price at sub 400k for 2 rooms... BBB mode.... the only failure is those who bought for investment... lol.... developer still making money...

i think the whole masterplan commercials more than residential... and alot of recreational amenities too... i think its TOD on the other side... try have a look at the 80 acres worth township masterplan first.... ecosky direct link to KTM meaningless in KL-ians context....

its only link at the mall component of the project... lol... which means... from your condo walk to the mall also not tat easy... maybe they will have internal shuttle within the township since its surrounding the whole lake....
