PPSB is opposite (another end) from lakeville. not this small piece of land. In anyway it won't bring good outlook to lakeville as itself already very high density.

650-850k with rental of 1.5-2k.

whereby seri wahyu can demand 1.5k based on recent rumahwip listings.

not sure what's wrong here.
