Yesterday visited to Lake Ville. Personally feel that the house layout and the environment quite ok within the compound. My wife and myself like it very much. Accessibility wise also ok.

1500 fully furnish for this area. Interesting read here: https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=89604868

The above rate is for EcoSky 2 bedroom unit. Lakeville with 3 bedroom will possible fare slightly better.

Seriously?? RM1500 can get fully furnished in ecosky? I never been ecosky before, so I don't know how's the condition there. If Lake Ville also priced in this range i think it's definitely a steal. This condo should price at least 2.2 -2.5k range if fully furnished.

I guess the desperate owner pushing the price down, especially in this slow market.

Seriously I would happy and consider to rent there with cheap price. But just no good for owner in long run eventually it would ruin down such a good common area. Low rental would attract low quality tenants and they don't even take care of your facilities.
Those owner need to think twice before do that eventually it would bring down the value of property. It should mid end condo if well proper managed.
