I also bought a unit in Block B March this year. SA told me thats the very last unit in the block. I got discount 10% + 3% +RM8888 and 1 year free maintenance (This discount only for Block A & B according to SA). I was lucky I got a good agent, I kept asking and asking for good unit and released unit. I know a few agents now who are helpful and hardworking let me know if you want me to recommend them.

Yes RM8888 discount was only until 31st March. I heard block A & B completely sold out and block B construction going to reach 30th floor...

Why is that in our S&P there is no exact measurement of our unit? There's only peripheral measurement.
