Do you consider the pilons nearby (high tension electric lines) far or near to Lakeville?

Wow, thanks. Is this the north side? Can't figure out. There are another two pilons at South side visible when coming to site from Jalan Sibu 1.

Nice. Here I measured distance (attached). Roughly 275m.

How would the to-be-built low cost apartments affect pricing and lifestyle of Lakeville Residence? Increased density, increased traffic, would tenants to rend be hard to find? :-(

Good info. Thanks. Giving up the expectations on partial renting. Hopefully MRT would give a good value appreciation. I believe if it's a good homestay there's always value in investment. Correct me if I'm wrong. biggrin.gif

Just curious. There's an aqua gym and outdoor gym mentioned in the facilities. Does that mean there won't be any normal Gym with Treadmills, ellipticals, free weights etc. ? Can anyone confirm?
