The property although not Eco friendly. perhaps, Mahsing project seem discriminating Smoker ? the smoking area is beside toilets, in-front of gym, expose direct under sunlight and get wet during rains. Although, I'm occasion smoker. Was being chasing by those guards around (but those guard were freely smoking at the corners) with no clear indicative or place when i was thinking puffing on "me" time for deep thinking breaks which was the habit for a while.

The property is not an ideal or discouraged smoker or may be the developer is not ergonomics at quality? in my shoe, is not a comfort lifestyle property to own or invest into which regretting if anyone did!

How about you return to the topic that you created yesterday and continue your discussion there instead of running away like a coward? We are all still waiting for your esteemed feedback on why you think the condo's management's decision of limiting access to common areas and facilities during this MCO is considered as discriminating to you just because you couldn't enjoy your so-called "me" time.

From my understanding, not all 'Mah Sing' property are built by Mah Sing, usually subcontracted to smaller developers to build. Most big name developer like this.
