All these info are confidential and have not been verified to accuracy hence I shall say it's a Proposal as of now.

We also understand that the lake will see urban transformation into a new "city". Probably better than Sunway South Quay? Haha.

I must say that the Lake itself is not a part of any Park or gazetted area for Parkland. Hence this Lake will undergo some beautification works as part of the requirement for Lakeville and this future development.
