Anyway, just found out that its a serviced apartment, hence commercial rates for utilities. Would like to ask if its possible for it to be converted to residential units ? If yes, any idea if it will be converted?

I believe they do so.the reason why the build the underpass and even its with their own funds is that the size of the land is big enough for the proposed development and as we all know the price of the land would definitely increase once accessibility is improved.imagine a 50 acre of land which total up to approximate 2.2mil sq ft,and appreciation of land price min RM20psf after the underpass is built there,so the construction cost of the underpass isnt a problem anymore.

It looks like the existing pond will be reclaimed around its perimeter and eventually made much smaller. The part closer to Jln Kepong will be fully reclaimed and made into commercial area.

Where's the central STP for this area?
